I’ve been thinking. I have never enjoyed any of Chris Evans' programmes. He irritates me. But I have to honest and say that he will probably punch some life into TOS. Which it needs.

It will be fascinating to see if CB takes control on Friday, but whilst she has nous,I doubt she has the ego to usurp the irritating little red head. All his TV shows have been manic rubbish and are more suited to very late night transmission.
ReplyDeleteIt's an early evening show and needs to be easy going as most folk are either eating an evening meal or getting the kids of to bed. I shouldn't think teenagers have the slightest interest in it. Bad marketing by the BBC (or more correctly, that prat, Jay Hunt)
Can't believe how much BBC have spent on flights in last 2 years. 4 million on domestic flights. Didn't hear them talking about that on the news!!!
ReplyDeleteDM online has piece by Janet 'the mouth' Street-Porter, who tells readers she has been on TOS several times, the proceeds to rubbish both presenters and suggests that CE will be a big hit. Mmmm!
ReplyDeleteCB - trousers, trousers and more trousers, lower heels. Flunk is gaining control. She needs to be careful suggesting that AC is well off, now that she has her own new, blue cash card.

ReplyDeleteNot surprising Street-Porter is a fan of CE she considered herself suitable for the position of Controller of the BBC at one time. The only time she now appears on TV is a guest on the Alan Titchmarsh-Tittalating show on ITV. Street-Porter, Jay Hunt and CE all prize Pratts.
Quite a fun TOS tonight with everyone having a pleasant little dig and several attempts to tell us that the papers have got it all wrong.
ReplyDeleteCan't believe the press are getting wound about the ASBO swan with Mike Dillinger on last nights show. Animal cruelty apparently, in that the TOS camera crew set it up to get the swan riled.

ReplyDeleteThere is a youtube link posted on the TOS facebook page concerning this where you can see TOS filming the incident.

ReplyDeleteJust seen the article about the filming in the DM. I see they have posted the link there, so you have probably seen it.
Trust Jaded is ok - haven't heard from her for sevaral days.
ReplyDeleteHope AC doesn't hustle the guests on GMTV as he did to Timothy Spall tonight.
